Refund Policy

We are completely dedicated to creating a service that you will enjoy. Our creators work hard to deliver content that meets your expectations. However, if you are still unhappy with the content after at least one revision, please do not accept or mark it as completed in your account. If you are unhappy with We Will Handle for any reason, please contact us via Slack, email, or live chat within 7 days of your subscription payment to receive a full refund.

However, due to the nature of digital content, we are not required to provide a refund, and we do not provide a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If you request a refund more than 7 days after making your initial payment.
  • You complete more than two tasks within 7 days of making your payment.
  • You subscribed by mistake.
  • You’ve wanted to postpone your subscription.
  • You forgot to cancel your upcoming subscription renewal.
  • You lack the necessary knowledge to create briefs or collaborate with designers or writers.
  • You are unable to collaborate with any of your dedicated designers or writers because they have been removed from We Will Handle.
  • You can cancel your subscription due to inactivity on your account if you don’t expect to need to submit new tasks.

If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method for Visa or MasterCard; this may take 7-14 business days. We Will Handle will refund you in the currency that We Will Handle offered you when you purchased your subscription (either Euro, AU Dollars, or US Dollars).

Currency conversion costs: You are responsible for all currency conversion costs for subscription or refund through your We Will Handle subscription. Your banking institution converts the currency, which may charge you additional fees such as foreign transaction fees (we have no control over exchange rates or your financial institution’s fees).
